Open afternoon to preview new homes in Oswestry
An open afternoon organised by Morris and Co Homes will offer visitors the chance to preview a new development of two-bedroom bungalows in Oswestry on Friday 6th July.
The event, which will be held at the Wynnstay Hotel in Oswestry, will reveal the nine new homes at 52- 60 Beresford Gardens. The homes are an extension to an existing development completed by Morris and Co Homes in 2005.
Philippa Bason, Sales and Marketing Coordinator of Morris and Co Homes, said: “We are very excited to be back in Oswestry and we are looking forward to welcoming people to the event.
“The homes, starting from £140,000, are well-designed, combining the charms of a traditional bungalow with contemporary living. We are very happy to be extending the development and, as expected, the interest is already high for this popular location. The development is a perfect location for young couples, commuting professionals and those looking to downsize.”
Work is already underway at the Beresford Gardens development and is scheduled to take six months to complete.
The open afternoon will run from 2pm to 4pm on Friday 6th July. Visitors will have the opportunity to view site plans and talk to Philippa, as well as representatives from Bowen Son and Watson, the agents handling the new properties.
Prospective buyers can register their interest ahead of the event by contacting Morris and Co Homes on 01743 246000 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
