We are dedicated to supporting a diverse range of local charities throughout the year. Through donations and fundraising initiatives, we work together as a team to make a meaningful impact on causes that are close to our hearts and important to our staff and community.

Our CSR team plays a key role in identifying worthy causes, presenting them for discussion, and deciding how to allocate our resources. These activities not only raise vital funds but also strengthen our team spirit, bringing us together with a shared purpose and passion for making a difference.

From sponsoring community football teams to providing resources that enable schools to offer enriched learning opportunities, we are committed to enhancing experiences for young people in our community.

We were delighted to donate £250 towards new bench vices for Apley Wood Primary Academy Forest School in Telford. This donation will help the school to continue providing its pupils with outdoor learning experiences, which have shown to have several benefits for children’s development and education.

Each year a selection of ‘Mo Bros’ use the power of their moustaches to create conversation and raise funds for men’s health, in particular Prostate Cancer. Over the last two years the team have sported moustaches to rival Tom Selleck and raised more than £3,000.

We are proud to support the incredible work of the RSPCA, and had no shortage of volunteers offering to deliver these treats, toys, and enrichment items to the RSPCA’s Gonsal Farm Animal Centre.

This donation is part of our ongoing commitment to supporting the communities where we build. Support for the charity helps the RSPCA continue their mission to provide life-saving services to animals in need, offering shelter, medical care, and rehoming services.

Shropshire Mental Health Support is an incredible local organisation providing vital help to people in our community.

The SMHS Wellbeing Bus has visited our offices and construction sites with friendly onboard support and helpful signposting which many colleagues have welcomed.
