Katie Morris and Joanna Morris were delighted to attend the inaugural awards of the Shropshire Youth Support Trust (SYST) as they both sit on the charity’s Asystor Panel which provides guidance and advice to SYST candidates to help set up their own business ventures.

The celebratory event, held at The Ironbridge Gorge Museum Trust saw Amy Hill winning The Stoddart Award with her outstanding videography business and since Joanna and Katie had both been involved in supporting Amy, they were thrilled to see she had been recognised.

When collecting her award Amy described the guidance she had been given by everyone at the charity as being “like a big hug” helping her follow her dream to create her commercially successful young business.

As founding members of the Asystor programme at the youth charity, we very much enjoy the regular panel sessions with the wide range of young people who pitch their ideas to the panel for help, guidance and funding.
