Congratulations to Business T-Level student, Zech Newton, who has completed his work experience placement with our Marketing team.

Zech joined the team at Welsh Bridge in January 2025 as ‘Marketing Administrator’ as part of his T-Level Foundation programme in Business, a study scheme designed to develop knowledge, skills and experience in the workplace.

Working with the Marketing team one day a week, Zech gained an insight into marketing our diverse businesses from assisting with a breakfast showcase event for our offices at Stadium Point Business Park, supporting with administrative tasks for the wider team and copywriting for blog and article content. Throughout his time, he amassed over 500 hours of work experience which enhanced his understanding and performance in his studies at Shrewsbury College.

“I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here at Morris & Company,” said Zech. “The Marketing team were incredibly welcoming and helpful during my time here. As a result, I have learnt many key skills which I will carry forward with me and will aid me in my studies now and in the future”

A T Level in Marketing and Administration provides students with in-depth classroom learning alongside a valuable insight into professional life completing a 315-hour industry placement. This combination of academic study and experience on the ground helps prepare students for life after their education. The qualification is equivalent to three A Levels and provides an excellent foundation for future education and career opportunities.
