Morris & Company unveils new staff benefits programme, enhancing employee well-being

In response to valuable feedback from our independently run staff satisfaction questionnaire, we’re delighted to announce the launch of a comprehensive new benefits scheme for all employees across Morris & Company, Morris Property and Marrington Escapes.

The Sage Employee Benefits platform offers a wide array of advantages designed to provide significant savings and essential support for all our team. This includes substantial discounts at numerous online and high street retailers, reduced admission rates to popular attractions, and convenient, accessible on-demand GP services. It also includes a dedicated, confidential support line for vital personal and professional guidance.

Early feedback from colleagues has been overwhelmingly positive, and since launch last month employees have bought vouchers to the value of over £2,500 and made some great savings across a diverse range of retailers including M&S, Boots and MyProtein.
