We’re proud to celebrate a significant milestone as five valued colleagues mark five years with our company. Congratulations to Mike Williams, Site Manager; Jenny Elcock, Administrative Assistant; Andy Davies, Multi-Skilled Operative; Conor Roberts, Site Manager; and Lynn Suter, Estates Administrator. Their dedication, professionalism and commitment have played an important role in the continued success of our businesses, and we are delighted to recognise their contributions.

Reflecting on their achievements, James West, Head of Construction at Morris Property commented on three of the colleagues working in property;

“Nothing is too much of a bother for Mike; he is known for his positive attitude, great relationships with colleagues and subcontractors, and successful delivery of projects. Jenny is very hardworking and takes a conscientious approach; always has her head down and strives to get the job done. Conor is gaining experience every day and is progressing through the ranks from trainee to trusted Site Manager”.

Philippa Bason, Property Manager for Marrington Escapes was thrilled to celebrate with Andy Davies describing him as an invaluable member of the Marrington Escapes team. “He is hardworking and dependable in everything he does, and he consistently goes above and beyond to support his colleagues and the wider business”.

Neil Anderson, Head of Estates praised Lynn Suter for her reliability, diligence and extensive accounting expertise, commenting, “Lynn is a very popular member of our team, she looks out for her colleagues and is a pleasure to work with. Her extensive accounting experience means she applies a meticulous approach to her role. She will pick up inconsistencies and changes as part of her thorough approach. Every team needs a Lynn!”
