Shrewsbury Business Park supports growth and good neighbours
Popular Shrewsbury business park Abbey Lawn has been fully let in a move which highlights the good relations between tenants and with the site’s owners Morris Property.
Abbey Lawn is known for providing small to medium sized businesses with the most flexible office space in the town centre and the latest changes mean it is now fully occupied again.
Liz Lowe, Head of Estates at Morris Property, said: “We’re delighted we have enabled the expansion of one business and the relocation of another to retain them both at Abbey Lawn. We value the importance of building strong relationships with our tenants and are always willing to do all we can to find a solution to their property requirements.
“The professional businesses at Abbey Lawn also get on well with each other, which adds to its appeal.”
Beach IFA moved to Abbey Lawn in 2012. The latest expansion of global digital agency Croud means it now occupies a total of 7,726 ft² at the business park.
Abbey Lawn has built its reputation as a desirable location because of its 69,000 ft² of quality office space, access to amenities and communication links plus its ample parking on site.
Morris Property is part of a fifth-generation family business working in property investment and management, new build residential and commercial developments and restoration schemes.Back to news
